Tenant Payments

Holding Deposit
Equivalent to one weeks rent * Please note holding fee may be withheld if any relevant person withdraws from the tenancy, fails the Right-to-Rent checks, provides false or misleading information or fails to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement
Tenancy deposit (rent up to £50,000 per year)
