I set up Hammond Properties over 20 years ago and began building the company with a small, but experienced team. Being a qualified Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, I have a wealth of experience in the property and construction industry from a career working for a multi discipline construction consultancy practice. My experience as a landlord has been fundamental in achieving a high standard of service we offer to our clients.

Natasha is level 3 qualified in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is well equipped to assist clients with the letting of their property. With over 15 years’ experience in property management, Natasha is enthusiastic and passionate about property management and is keen to continue to deliver excellent levels of service to all clients and tenants.

Lucy joined our team in 2021 as an experienced property manager having worked on many developments across the South East including new build properties for well-known housing associations. In 2022 Lucy was promoted to head of the block management team. Lucy is not phased by challenges and goes above and beyond to ensure that leaseholders and tenants are satisfied. Lucy currently oversees our growing team and has been instrumental to our recent successes.

Lee joined our team in 2022 as experienced property manager. Lee prides himself on the care he shows his clients and is instrumental to the office ‘day-to-day’ running and of key assistance to his colleagues.  Lee last year achieved his AIRPM accreditation, of which the key objective is to raise standards across the property management sector.

Amy joined us in 2026, bringing 18 years of experience in the leasehold industry. Amy prides herself on managing client and leaseholder expectations, developing her teams, being professional and reactive to every day needs. Amy works closely with the Heads of Departments and Director to ensure client satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Max joined our team in 2025 to manage our growing lettings portfolio. Max is instrumental to the day-to-day running’s of our lettings team, providing an excellent service to our clients and tenants.

Susan joined our team in 2022 as Development Manager to oversee one of our retirement developments and in 2025 transferred to our main office to undertake a new role as a Finance Assistant. Susan is a great asset to the team, ensuring the property managers have the finance support they need.

Mary joined our team in 2022 as an Administrator/ Finance Assistant and in 2026 joined our growing block management team as a Junior Property Manager. Mary is committed to ensuring that residents enjoy a comfortable, safe, excellent living environment in her blocks she manages.

Rachel joined our team in 2022 as an experienced property manager, having worked for a leading block property management company. Rachel oversees our growing retirement home portfolio.

Ellie joined our team in 2023 as Development Manager to oversee one of our retirement developments and recently transferred to our main office to assist our block management team. Ellie is a great asset to the team, instrumental to the day-to-day running’s of our block management team, assisting our property managers.

Lejla joined our team in 2026 as a Senior Property Manager in our growing block management department. Lejla is a great asset to the team, ensuring the day-to-day management is actioned in a timely manner.

Dee joined our team in 2025 as Development Manager to oversee one of our retirement developments. Dee is a great asset to the team, ensuring the development is a safe, secure and well maintained environment to the residents.

Mya joined our team in 2026 as an property manager. Mya’s strengths lie in fostering strong relationships with Directors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth day to day operations and providing personalised professional service. Mya is currently working towards her TPI accreditation to assist with her career in property management.

Jack joined our team in 2024 as a Trainee Property Manager to assist our property manager’s in our growing block management department. Jack is a great asset to the team, ensuring the day-to-day management is actioned in a timely manner.

Lisa joined our team in 2025 as Development Manager to oversee one of our retirement developments. Lisa is a great asset to the team, ensuring the development is a safe, secure and well maintained environment to the residents.

Jamie joined us in 2025, bringing 8 years of experience in the leasehold industry. Jamie’s responsibilities include overseeing sales transactions and wide range of legal matters, offering support to our clients and leaseholders.

Maddie joined our team in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager to assist our property manager’s in our growing block management department. Maddie enjoys the fast-paced nature of property management and takes pride in creating a smooth, stress free experience for everyone involved.

Loraine joined our team in 2025 as an property manager, having worked for a leading block property management company. Loraine prides herself in helping others, building long lasting client relationships and providing a high level of customer service.

Ryan joined us in 2026 to lead our Major Works team, coordinating s20 projects for our clients. Ryan has extensive knowledge in the leasehold sector having started out as a property manager. Ryan has a keen interest in the maintenance and long term financial planning of our buildings, with the aim to help clients successfully deliver such projects.
