I have run my own accountancy practice since 2003. I am a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). I have been able to assist some of their Block Management clients with their statutory duties such as filing year-end accounts at Companies House and filing the Confirmation Statement, ensuring all information held by Companies House is correct, as well as providing Service Accounts to be distributed to leaseholders.
