Build to Rent

Build to Rent or B2R is relatively new concept of flat construction and management in the UK. With B2R the freeholder not only owns the building, grounds and communal areas, but also the flats and rents them out. 

With our long-standing background in the lettings market, Hammond Properties are well placed to provide B2R service managing what goes on inside a flat, where our competitors traditionally do not get involved with. 

We now manage a number of Build to Rent blocks in our areas for developers and investors.
