Hammond Properties entered the retirement sector following repeated requests from owners  frustrated with the service they were receiving. We now oversee and manage a number of retirement developments following successfully gaining the Right to Manage and giving back control to leaseholders. 

We offer a bespoke package that deals with all aspects of retirement living, leaving our customers free to enjoy their retirement. Your management team will consist of an on-site Development Manager with a dedicated Property Manager to ensure that lifts are working, maintenance issues are dealt with and your development is clean, tidy and safe.
