My Residents Association took on Hammond Properties to be our management agent, and we have had a fantastic service from them. The fees are reasonable, and it is good to have a company that we can pick up a phone and talk to. Anything we asked of Joe, Jane and Natasha has been actioned promptly, and if there are any problems that they see, they tell us immediately and we resolve. It’s rare to see company directors themselves talking to us directly.
