I was involved in the decision to transfer management of a block of flats to Hammond Properties. This was based on very positive feedback from a customer of theirs and our experience has been a very positive one.
The transfer arrangements were somewhat complex in nature but were dealt with smoothly. Thereafter, the service was and remains excellent. All matters raised with Hammond have been dealt with promptly and professionally and they have a very proactive policy with frequent visits identifying issues or potential problems allowing them to be dealt with before they escalate.
