As a landlord who lives many miles away from the property that I let in Sidcup, having a good letting agent is imperative. Making a trip of 3-4 hours to sort a problem would be a nightmare. I would emphasise however the word ‘good’ letting agent. I have in the past unfortunately not been served well and at the end of a previous tenancy was left with many problems all which could have been sorted early on if my previous agent had been doing a good job. Since finding Hammond Properties I only have good things to report. They keep me posted regularly with inspection reports, deal with issues that the tenant may raise in a quick and timely manner, send invoices and rental income through regularly, keep me posted about rent rises, gas inspections etc. The team of Joe, Jane and Natasha are always quick to answer any query – no matter how trivial- and are always pleasant and courteous. This of course also means a good relationship has built up with the tenants too, which is always good for the future. I would fully recommend Hammond Properties from my dealings with them to date.
